If it does not have a prestigious name - except of course that of the region - this honest and elegant white wine is created from vines planted in the early 80s on two plots: Les Houlières and Les Parties.
Pure expression of Chardonnay cultivated in Burgundy, this simple and delicious wine expresses notes of citrus (mainly lemon) and yellow fruits accompanied by light buttery and woody notes from aging in oak barrels (including 12% new wood) after malolactic fermentation.
To be drunk young, this pleasant wine can gain complexity after a few years spent in the cellar.
