Description
David Moret makes top quality white Burgundy from his small cellar in Beaune. He buys small parcels of grapes from the top growers to press and ferment , always from the same plots of vines, since he knows the ones he wants.
The highly regarded 'Les Genevrières' sits towards the south of Meursault. The stony soils and south-easterly aspect produce wines with great intensity and richness. Made in tiny quantities, this is a very elegant wine.
