Shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein

We deliver our wines safely and promptly throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Working with Swiss Post and our trusted logistics partners, we ensure reliable delivery, straight to your doorstep.

Free delivery – to your home – for all orders from CHF 500.00 or 18 bottles. For orders under CHF 500.00, delivery costs range from CHF 15.00 to CHF 25.00.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. All parcels are shipped via priority service and require a signature upon receipt.

In the event of extreme weather conditions – heatwaves or freezing temperatures – we will take the precaution of delaying shipment until conditions are more favourable, notifying you by e-mail or telephone.

To reduce environmental impact, we occasionally reuse cartons from our suppliers; packaging may therefore not always reflect the contents.

If your order is a gift, you may select our gift-wrapping option during checkout. You can also include a personal message with your present.

International wine shipping

For wine enthusiasts residing outside Switzerland, we offer international shipping for orders with a minimum value of CHF 1,000.00.

We currently ship to the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia.

Unfortunately, due to specific regulations, we are currently unable to deliver to private customers in France, Italy, Sweden, and the Americas. For professional clients and self-collectors in these countries, please contact us directly. If your desired destination is not listed, kindly get in touch and we will explore possible solutions.

Depending on the destination country, shipping fees may range from CHF 40.00 to CHF 100.00 for 1 bottle, plus CHF 20.00 for every additional increment of 3 bottles.

We recommend contacting us in advance to determine the best shipping solution and to receive an updated quote for international delivery.

For international shipments, Swiss VAT and customs duties do not apply. Shipping costs will be invoiced separately and must be paid in advance. Please note that all international orders are subject to local duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. Your local carrier will invoice these charges directly and will contact you to arrange payment.
