  • Straw Wine : this sweet wine is the result of a winemaking process that can last up to 4 years. While 100 kilos of grapes generally yield 75 liters of must, this volume is only 20 liters for straw wine.
  • Yellow Wine : this wine is made from a single grape variety, the Savagnin. Harvested late, it is vinified as a dry white wine and then stored in barrels. It can only be bottled in 62 cl bottles after 6 years.
