Both in white and red, Hermitage is certainly the greatest vintage of the northern Rhône Valley.

Red wine

Grape variety :

• Based on Syrah but can include an addition of 15% Roussanne and Marsanne.
  

Aromas :

• In its youth: red fruit aromas;
  
• At maturity: notes of stone fruits and green olives, leading to a nose dominated by scents of undergrowth, leather, and truffle.

White wine

Grape variety :

• Blend of Roussanne and Marsanne.
  

Aromas :

• In its youth: very floral notes (fragrances of iris, narcissus, and linden)
  
• At maturity: notes of vanilla and roasted almonds
