1. Orders
To order, simply:
- Select the wines you want and add them to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Provide your personal details and delivery address.
- Choose your payment method and confirm your order.
You will then receive a confirmation email with the summary of your purchase.
No, there is no minimum purchase amount. You can order a single bottle or several cases based on your needs.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us promptly at info@worldwebwines.ch to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, it can no longer be modified.
2. Payment

3. Delivery

Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Free delivery via PostPac Priority from 18 bottles or CHF 500 purchase; otherwise CHF 15 for 1–6 bottles or equivalent large formats, and CHF 25 for 7–17 bottles or equivalent large formats.
Europe and other countries
Costs depend on the weight and destination of your order and will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Refuse delivery if the parcel is too damaged.
- Contact us immediately at info@worldwebwines.ch
- Take photos of the parcel and the damaged bottles.
4. Returns of orders
Wines cannot be returned except in case of our error. If you have an issue with your order, contact our customer service immediately, but no later than 3 business days after receipt.
Our prices are calculated fairly without additional risk margin. Therefore, we generally do not replace defective wines, and refunds are excluded. No return will be accepted without prior notification and our agreement. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Stock & Selections
Our stock is updated in real time. If a wine is out of stock, you cannot add it to your cart. However, you can contact us to find out if it will be available soon.
Yes, we regularly offer allocations of rare wines and selections prepared by our experts. Sign up for our newsletter to be informed of new offers.

Yes, we have a selection of rare wines and old vintages. If you are looking for a specific wine, contact our customer service and we’ll do our best to find it for you.
We recommend storing your wines:
- At a temperature between 12 °C and 14 °C
- Away from light and vibrations
- In humidity-controlled conditions around 70%
A wine cellar is ideal, but a dark, stable environment can also suffice.
All our wines come directly from reputable producers or distributors. For certain rare bottles, we can provide certificates of authenticity upon request.
9. VAT, Customs & Insurance
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to taxes and customs duties based on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be invoiced by local authorities.
Yes, all our prices include Swiss VAT. For international orders, VAT will be adjusted according to local regulations.
Yes, all our shipments are insured against breakage and theft. In case of any issue, contact us immediately, and we will take the necessary steps.
