Description
The Commandant-Jaubert cuvée is produced when the vintage allows. It is very dense, with dark and candied tones, on tar and resin, with an intimidating alcoholic presence, intended for lovers of sculptural and massive wines.
It is named after a sailor, Etienne's great-great-uncle, who built the estate.
Nose with notes of cherries and a palate of beautiful freshness despite the 14.5° with evolved syrah notes.
