“Pierre Morey’s style of winemaking emphasizes power, muscle, and great depth and concentration. He makes stunning Meursault Les Perrières, Genevrières, and Charmes, as well as a good village Meursault called Meursault Les Tessons. His Bâtard-Montrachet is one of the best of that appellation, and his Montrachet is excellent (from a .79-acre parcel).”
