Description

```
It was in 1924, on the occasion of the first bottling at the château, that the first Mouton-Rothschild label was created by the poster artist and advertising designer Jean Carlu.
Until then, like all the châteaux in the region, the wine was sold to merchants in barrels and the château had no say over the labels.
At that time, it was not uncommon to have bottles of different formats like this one of the Burgundy type.
