Château Mouton Rothschild 1987 (magnum, 1.5 L)
1987 Chateau Mouton Rothschild
Beautiful color, dark red with an orange fringe.
The nose presents a beautiful nuance of aromas, mixing notes of undergrowth and leather with still well-present fruity notes of blackberry, licorice, and black cherry.
The palate is round and elegant, without being very powerful, marrying notes of roasting, vanilla, caramel, and coffee with a very soft tannic structure, perfectly enveloped.
The finish is harmonious, fresh, and of good length; it asserts itself with character and a certain charm in a vintage considered rather delicate.
