The Santenay Rouge "Gravité" 2016 from the Domaine Jean-Marc Vincent is an exceptional Pinot Noir, made from 70-year-old vines grown on clay-limestone soils rich in ooliths. This wine boasts a complex aromatic profile, with notes of ripe dark fruits, spices, and a subtle smoky touch. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, fine tannins, and a well-balanced acidity, delivering great elegance. The finish is long and persistent, with hints of fresh red fruits and noticeable minerality.

Vinified using traditional methods, it undergoes aging in oak barrels, adding subtle aromas and a harmonious structure.
