"The 2005 Santa.Ne shows tertiary aromas of saddle leather and old spice with dried fruit and prune. There’s a dusty quality to the tannins that speaks to the 2005 vintage (ironically cooler in this part of Sicily compared to most of the rest of Italy). The close is long and finely textured. "
