"The robe of Château Pichon Baron 2002 is characterized by a dark garnet color, dense and deep. Subtle, fine nose with well-ripened black fruits, spicy and toasted. Fleshy mouth with structured and melted tannins. Great material with a fruity, fine, elegant, and racy flavor. Fresh finish; very long, balanced, velvety. The evolution characteristics are very favorable: cigar box, Havana, sweet spices, pencil lead. It is a great vintage for aging that still retains all its vigor."
