Description
Cédric Bouchard signs here a champagne that opens with a lovely aromatic bouquet imbued with notes of red fruits. The finesse and creamy aspect of its bubble give it a texture that is both delicate and flavorful. The same aromatic notes are found on the palate, balanced by a well-controlled acidity that, moreover, brings great persistence.
