Description

Originating from the terroirs of Ecueil and Villiers-aux-Nuds, this cuvée combines 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay. L'Accomplie is based on a vintage, to which previous years of reserve wines are added. The aging is divided between stainless steel tanks on fine lees (50%) and barrels with partial malolactic fermentation (50%).
