Description

"Here is, undoubtedly, the best Kirwan of the 80s. Its dark garnet ruby color is slightly amber on the edge, and its nose reveals interesting scents of smoked herbs, charcoal, blackcurrant, and herbal tobacco. This medium-bodied, rustic, and full-bodied wine is quite fleshy. (...) The fruit is still lively and the whole is very tonic."
