The AOC Chambertin-Clos-de-Bèze is part of the 9 Grands Crus of the Gevrey-Chambertin vineyard. Its area covers 15 hectares 38 ares 87 centiares of the Grands Crus hillside, on a moderate slope ensuring very good soil drainage and very well exposed to the east.

The Chambertins Clos de Bèze are wines of rare intensity and are compared to those of Musigny, for their racy and delicate personality, but also their length on the palate.

The wines of the Chambertin Clos de Bèze appellation can be served without hesitation with sauced dishes, with truffle or morels.
