The estate farms around 8 hectares, with top-tier plots including Les Amoureuses, Bonnes-Mares, Clos de Bèze, and Les Hauts-Doix — some of the most prized terroirs in Burgundy.

Philosophy and winemaking

Vineyards are farmed sustainably with a focus on soil health and vine balance. Harvests are manual, with strict sorting to ensure optimal fruit.

In the cellar, fermentations use partial or full destemming, depending on the year. Macerations are long but gentle, with indigenous yeasts. Aging takes place in oak barrels, with a thoughtful use of new oak — never overwhelming the character of the wine.

Wine style
