Since taking over the family estate in the early 2000s, Sylvie Esmonin has focused on expressing the diversity of the Nuits terroirs through careful viticulture and precise winemaking.

Philosophy and winemaking

The vineyards are farmed with respect and care. Hand-harvesting is followed by gentle, long macerations and fermentations with native yeasts. Wines are aged in French oak barrels with moderate new oak influence to preserve freshness and purity.

The aim is to express the purity of fruit and the unique character of each terroir, crafting wines with natural balance and elegance.
