A Passionate Autodidact
Based in Beaune since 1999 as a micro-negociant, David Moret selects grapes from renowned winemakers to produce exceptional white wines, mainly in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne, and Corton-Charlemagne .
Prestigious Terroirs
His wines come from prestigious plots: Meursault Premier Cru (Genevrières, Perrières, Charmes), Puligny-Montrachet (Folatières, Combettes), Chassagne-Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, and some whites from Rully, Auxey-Duresses, and Saint-Romain .
Style: Purity, Elegance, Woody Finesse
Aged 9–12 months in carefully dosed oak barrels (20% to 40% new wood), his chardonnays offer a refined balance between minerality, freshness, and delicate toasted notes, with a silky texture.
Remarkable Cuvées
Meursault Premier Cru Les Genevrières, Les Charmes, Perrières: finesse, structure, and aging potential.
Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières, Combettes: floral and mineral tension.
Corton-Charlemagne & Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru: noble concentration, pronounced salinity.
Others: Rully, Chassagne, Saint-Romain & Côte chalonnaise.
Philosophy: Fruit, Balance, Authenticity
Working closely with winemakers, rigorous grape selection, controlled aging, and confidential production (about 7,000 bottles/year). A pure, expressive, and elegant Burgundian signature
