Philosophy & Winemaking

The focus is on quality at every stage: low yields, manual harvesting, meticulous sorting, slow fermentations, and aging in selected barrels. The cuvées "The O.G.", "The Grand Daddy", "The Three Kings" come from key blocks and are designed to last several decades.
