The impenetrable robe reveals a deep, rich, and complex vintage. The first nose asserts an intense jammy red fruit with very precise scents of garrigue and aromatic herbs. The aromatic development in the glass is simply magnificent. On the palate, the muscular body of this 2016 is nobly enhanced by a velvety and very flavorful texture. The tannins are certainly still a bit tight but they will refine over the years to reveal the full potential of one of the greatest vintages of the 21st century!
