"(...) Energetic, fleshy, intense, fresh, and complex nose. The scents of grapefruit, orange, peach, and mango blend with balsamic (pine forest) and mineral (quartz, flint) fragrances. The entire terroir of Chevalier is revealed in this great nose.
On the palate, an exquisite fleshy richness is supported and stretched by flawless fruity acidity. A ball of spicy and mellow white fruits releases very smooth flavors. This sensation of sweetness reflects the fully matured healthy fruits. The flesh of this wine is of extreme finesse and great purity. Very elegant structure. Refined wine, intensely flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Great persistence. "
