Here, the Syrah takes root on the high schist slopes of Ampuis, on plots selected for their high qualitative expression.
This cuvée, produced since the 2015 vintage, undergoes a maceration of about fifteen days before aging in barrels of 4 to 5 wines for 22 months for full-bodied juices with great aging potential.
The powerful palate is expressed in a delicate woody setting for a complex bouquet with toasted and peppery nuances.
