La Migoua 2007 is one of Domaine Tempier’s most expressive and characterful cuvées, crafted from high-elevation vineyards nestled in wild garrigue. The red clay-limestone soil lends both finesse and structure to this iconic Bandol red.
Appearance: Deep garnet with evolving brick hues
Nose: Complex and Mediterranean – black olives, leather, lavender, smoked meat, stewed blackberries
Palate: Full-bodied and structured, with ripe tannins and savory density. Notes of black fruit, forest floor and dried herbs linger
Finish: Long and earthy, with hints of game, black pepper and mineral tension
