An estate rooted in history and the sea
Located on the sunny hills near the Adriatic Sea, Domaine Boccadigabbia passionately cultivates about 8 hectares of vineyards, a heritage of local tradition mixed with a modern vision. The marine influence tempers the climate, offering the grapes balanced ripeness and remarkable freshness.
Diverse terroir and varied grape varieties
The clay-sandy soils of the region allow the cultivation of a wide range of grape varieties: Ribona, formerly Maceratino, a true local emblem, alongside Sangiovese, Montepulciano, as well as international varieties like Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir. This diversity is used to produce a complete range of white, red, and rosé wines.
Sustainable viticulture and manual harvesting
The estate favors respectful viticulture, with controlled yields and entirely manual harvesting. The vines are carefully maintained to ensure optimal grape quality, with a constant focus on expressing the terroir.
Tailored vinifications, custom aging
Each cuvée benefits from a specific protocol:
Ribona, notably in cryomacerated cuvée, offers an intense golden color, a rich palate, and beautiful aromatic complexity.
Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for a long time in new barrels, stands out for its powerful structure and complex aromas.
Rosso Piceno, a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, charms with its silky tannins and spicy finish.
The other white, red, and rosé wines are vinified with care, prioritizing freshness, purity, and elegance.
Signature style: freshness, finesse, and balance
The estate's hallmark lies in the expression of marine freshness, elegant structure, and refined aromatic palette. The wines show a perfect balance between power and finesse, with a subtle salinity that evokes the proximity of the sea.
