A historic house with a modern twist

Founded in 1835 in Tournon-sur-Rhône, Delas Frères embodies over 180 years of winemaking tradition. In 1977, the House joined the Deutz-Roederer family, then experienced a true revival from 1996 under the direction of Fabrice Rosset and with Jacques Grange as oenologist: restructuring of the cellar, technological investments, and a strong territorial anchoring, notably through vineyard acquisitions in Hermitage and Crozes-Hermitage .

An exceptional wine heritage

Today, Delas Frères operates 30 ha spread between Hermitage (10 ha including Les Bessards and Domaine des Tourettes), Crozes-Hermitage (domains and purchases), Saint-Joseph, Cornas, Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, affirming a demanding parcel-based approach .

Style: noble terroir, purity, elegance

The wines – red and white – are characterized by a saline tension, a refined structure, and expressive fruit. Cuvées such as Hermitage Domaine des Tourettes (100% Syrah), Les Bessards, Condrieu Clos Boucher, or Crozes-Hermitage "Le Clos" demonstrate a strong geographical typicity and meticulous work from soil to cellar .

An emblematic and contemporary cellar

The new building in Tain-l'Hermitage, designed by Carl Fredrik Svenstedt, stands out with a wavy facade of local limestone, evoking the curves of the Hermitage hill. Integrating cellar, tasting spaces, accommodation, and offices, it symbolizes the harmony between tradition and innovation .

Philosophy: terroir, parcel-based, sharing

Delas places "man and wine at the heart of the terroir". Each parcel is treated and vinified individually to preserve its identity. Wine tourism is carefully curated, with immersive cellar visits, welcoming suites, and reception areas facing the vineyard.
