A New Chapter in Côte de Nuits
Created in 2016 when Arnaud and his sister Clémence took over 4.5 ha in Gevrey-Chambertin from a retired winemaker, the estate follows in the footsteps of Denis Mortet. The wine is crafted in the family cellar, with the same team, terroirs, and careful attention.
Committed Vineyard & Parcel Management
All Pinot Noir are cultivated in conversion to biodynamics, on prestigious clay-limestone soils. The parcels include village, Premier Crus (La Perrière, Lavaux-Saint-Jacques), and Grands Crus (Mazoyères-Chambertin, Charmes-Chambertin).
Style: Elegant Finesse and Fruity Purity
Traditional vinification: starting with whole harvest (~50%), gentle macerations, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aging 16–18 months with little new wood. Result: filigree wines, silky tannins, alluring fruit, and clear expression of the terroir.
Flagship Cuvées to Discover

La Perrière & Lavaux-Saint-Jacques (1ers Crus): mineral tension and elegant foundation.
