Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine – Elegance and Tradition in Côte de Beaune

A Family History Since 1879
Located in Pernand-Vergelesses, at the foot of the Corton hill, Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine is a family-owned estate passed down through five generations. Today, it is managed by Christine Gruère-Dubreuil, combining respect for traditions with modern precision.

A Diverse Vineyard in Côte de Beaune
The estate spans approximately 20 hectares and covers 22 appellations, ranging from generic Bourgognes to Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. Among the emblematic crus: Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Corton, and Corton-Charlemagne.

Sustainable Farming & Manual Harvesting
Vineyard work is conducted with care: plowed soils, partial grassing, limited treatments. Harvesting is done by hand, with rigorous grape sorting in the vineyard and at the winery.

Precise Vinification & Tailored Aging
The whites are gently pressed and then fermented in barrels or tanks depending on the cuvées. The reds are vinified in open tanks with controlled macerations. Aging lasts between 12 and 18 months, with a moderate percentage of new barrels, depending on the wine's structure.

Style: Finesse, Freshness, and Purity of Fruit
The red wines express aromas of small red fruits, a fine tannic structure, and beautiful minerality. The whites reveal tension, balance, and elegance. The overall style favors purity, precision, and aging potential.
