A Deep-Rooted Family Lineage
Established in Meursault for five generations, Domaine François Carillon is renowned for its profound understanding of the terroir and its commitment to revealing the purity of the fruit in each cuvée.


Vineyard on Noble Terroirs
The estate cultivates around 8 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir spread between Meursault village, several premier crus (Genevrières, Charmes, Perrières), and neighboring communes like Puligny-Montrachet and Volnay.


Careful Cultivation and Manual Harvesting
The management is precise: moderate mechanical work, partial grass cover, and limited treatments. All plots are hand-harvested with strict sorting in the vineyard to ensure optimal grape quality.


Parcel-Based Vinification & Discreet Aging
Fermentations take place in regulated stainless steel tanks for village cuvées and in oak barrels for premier crus. Aging lasts 12 to 18 months depending on the wines, with a low percentage of new wood, to maintain finesse and tension.


Style: Purity, Freshness, and Mineral Depth
The Chardonnays are clean, crystalline, with notes of white fruits, flowers, subtle salinity, and fine textures. The Pinots bring elegance, aromatic vigor, and balance, while reflecting their terroir.
