A Volcanic Terroir on the Hillside

The vineyard, named Sage Mountain Vineyard, extends between 400 and 500 meters in altitude. The volcanic soils rich in minerals and the sunny yet temperate climate allow for a slow and complete maturation of the berries, producing deep, vibrant, and powerful wines.

Style: Intensity, Precision, Minerality

Continuum offers a racy and noble expression of Bordeaux grape varieties, with a dense and chiseled palate, featuring aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, cocoa, and dried herbs. The tannins are refined, the finish saline and energetic. An ambitious wine for aging, with immediate charm.

Flagship Cuvée

Continuum: the estate's unique wine, it is a blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Merlot. Traditional vinification, aged for 18 to 20 months in French oak barrels (mostly new).
