A pioneering domain in Haute-Savoie

In the heart of Ayse, Domaine Belluard has been cultivating for several generations about ten hectares on hillsides, on soils rich in clay, limestone, and schist. A true guardian of the native Gringet grape variety, the domain embodies a unique wine identity in the French Alps.

The vision of a committed winemaker

Under the impetus of Dominique Belluard, the property has undergone a complete conversion to biodynamics, with a precise and respectful approach to natural balances. The vinifications are done without additives, in concrete eggs, revealing the essence of the terroir and the purity of the fruit.

A rare grape variety magnified

The Gringet, a confidential and ancestral grape variety, is interpreted here with finesse. It gives rise to mineral, tense cuvées, with aromas of white flowers, citrus, and stone fruits, carried by a vibrant salinity and a crystalline texture.

Style: tension, elegance, truth

The wines of Domaine Belluard express a delicate intensity, great precision, and alpine energy. They combine freshness and depth, with a unique personality.

Iconic cuvées

  • Les Alpes: purity of Gringet in dry, straight, and vibrant.

  • Le Feu: power and complexity from a red clay terroir.

  • Les Perles du Mont-Blanc: subtle and elegant effervescence, of great finesse.
