Domaine Vincent & Sophie Morey — Where tradition meets clarity
Born from two long-established winemaking families, Domaine Vincent & Sophie Morey lies in Chassagne-Montrachet and extends across some of the most prestigious terroirs of the Côte de Beaune.
Since its founding in 2006, the estate has focused on producing pure, terroir-driven wines through meticulous vineyard work and restrained, precise winemaking.
Philosophy and winemaking
The vineyards are farmed with sustainable methods, plot by plot, and all harvesting is done by hand. Grapes are carefully sorted before gentle vinifications that aim to highlight site expression.
Oak use is balanced and never overpowers the wine. The focus is on refinement, freshness, and letting the terroir speak.
Wine style
The white wines are elegant, mineral, and well-defined, with tension and aromatic clarity. The reds are silky, fresh, and precise, showing delicate fruit and fine structure.
Each cuvée offers a faithful interpretation of its origin, free from excess or embellishment.
