Deep and mineral-driven nose, combining ripe citrus, lemon zest, gunflint, and a hint of wet stone typical of great Kimmeridgian soils. The palate is precise and tense, with a lively attack and cutting acidity that gives the wine its structure. Flavors of white fruits (vine peach, pear), candied lemon, and white flowers unfold with clarity, supported by a pronounced saline backbone. The texture is chiseled, almost chalky, with an elegant austerity.
