"$The 2016 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Fuées is stunning, unfurling in the glass with sweet fruit tones of cherries and raspberries that mingle with fragrant top-notes of violet and blood orange, complemented by more savory nuances of espresso and grilled squab. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, ample and layered, with an incredibly deep, concentrated core of fruit that verges on unctuous yet remains elegantly weightless, concluding with a long, floral and mouthwateringly saline finish.
