From the vineyards of Satigny in Geneva, this 2017 Sauvignon Blanc is a brilliant expression of the grape, crafted by acclaimed Swiss winemaker Jean-Pierre Pellegrin. The wine reveals notes of lime zest, fresh herbs, exotic fruits, and flinty minerality. On the palate, it’s crisp, focused and vibrant, finishing with a long saline note. A fine, elegant white wine to enjoy with delicately flavoured dishes or on its own.
