Description
The Meursault "Les Meix Chavaux" 2022 from Domaine Roulot is an exceptional white wine from Burgundy, crafted from Chardonnay. This vintage reveals complex aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, green apple, and fresh mint. On the palate, its rich texture and vibrant acidity create a perfect balance. The 50-year-old vines, planted on clay-limestone soils, benefit from fermentation in oak barrels (15-18% new) and 18 months of aging. This elegant wine reflects the unique terroir of Meursault and is ideal for pairing with refined dishes or for cellaring.
