This 2018 Savagnin Blanc from Domaine de La Maison Carrée embodies Jura-Swiss terroir finesse and mineral purity.
Nose: Delicate mix of bergamot, white flowers, lemon, waxy nuances and a flinty undertone.
Palate: Crisp, vertical acidity with pear and peach fruits, herbal hints, and a slightly waxy texture. Finishes on long saline and chalky notes, fresh and precise.
