Crafted from the Calvert Vineyard, this Central Otago Pinot Noir beautifully embodies the Bannockburn terroir with finesse and clarity.
Nose: Seductive aromas of red rose, violet, ripe black cherry, and white pepper, supported by delicate spice and a mineral wet-stone nuance.
Palate: Silky entry with fine, well-defined tannins. Pure, concentrated red fruit (cherry, raspberry, dark berries) accompanied by herbal and tea-like spice nuances, refreshing acidity, and a long, precise, slightly saline finish.
