"Its bouquet evokes orange tart and caramel, followed by a note of date and polish. Shifting towards tertiary notes, it has lost the aromatic freshness of its youth. Generous but not very nuanced, with abundant liqueur, the Barsac terroir struggles to resurface. Patience. To keep!"
