Description
Grown on limestone soils in Saillon, this 2023 Cornalin offers intense aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and spices. The palate is silky and refined, with fine tannins and a long, spicy finish. Naturally vinified without fining or filtration and aged in oak, it showcases the unique character of the Valais terroir. Perfect with coq au vin or rösti.
