Domaine Perrot-Minot — The elegance of terroir, redefined

With roots stretching back to the 19th century, the Perrot‑Minot family has long cultivated vineyards in Morey-Saint-Denis and Chambolle-Musigny. In 1993, Christophe Perrot‑Minot took charge, reshaping the domaine into one of the Côte de Nuits' most respected names. His vision blends meticulous winemaking with a deep respect for nature and site expression.

Vineyard philosophy and precision viticulture

The domaine covers about 13 hectares, featuring many plots of extremely old vines—some over 100 years old. Vineyard work is manual, yields are kept very low, and sorting is exacting. Christophe applies biodynamic principles in the vineyard, focusing on plant health and soil vitality. In the cellar, whole-cluster fermentation is used regularly, new oak is restrained, and the goal is always clarity over power.

Wine style

Perrot‑Minot wines are celebrated for their purity, silkiness, and transparent expression of Pinot Noir. They combine depth and delicacy, with precise aromatics and refined tannins. Each cuvée faithfully reflects its origin, offering both immediate charm and long-term aging potential.

Signature cuvées

  • Chambertin & Chambertin‑Clos de Bèze Vieilles Vignes – Grand cru legends of depth, structure, and graceful aging.

  • Charmes‑Chambertin, Mazoyères‑Chambertin, Clos de Vougeot – Complex and expressive, with balance and tension.
