A Domain of Tradition and Family Sharing
Created in 1987 by Michel Colin in association with the Deleger family, the domain developed around Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny. Until 2003, then, upon the retirement of Michel and Bernadette, the operation split into three entities: Michel Colin‑Deleger, Philippe Colin, and Bruno Colin . Simon Colin, son of Philippe, is now carrying on the family torch .
A Vineyard of 18.8 ha Oriented Towards Quality
Divided between 9.6 ha of reds (Pinot Noir) and 9.2 ha of whites (mainly Chardonnay), in Chassagne‑Montrachet, Puligny, Santenay, and Maranges . Remarkable crus: En Remilly, Les Demoiselles, Les Vergers, Chevalier‑Montrachet, Maranges La Fussière, Santenay Les Gravières.
Traditional Viticulture, Manual Harvesting
Reasoned yields to preserve the expression of the terroir; manual work in the vineyard, rigorous sorting in the cellar .
Measured Vinification, Adapted Aging
Delicate pressing for the whites, aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and barrels – depending on the cuvées; the reds ferment and age with care.
Signature Style: Finesse, Minerality & Balance
The whites reveal mineral tension, ripe fruits, and saline texture — sincere portraits of Burgundy's limestone. The reds are elegant, fruity, accessible young, while offering nice aging potential.
