The Domaine Dugat‑Py, located in Gevrey‑Chambertin, is a small family-owned estate of 15 hectares carefully managed by the Dugat family for several generations. The estate is recognized for its respectful approach to the terroirs and its production of powerful and elegant wines.

The vineyards extend over several emblematic grand climates of Gevrey‑Chambertin: Charmes‑Chambertin, Mazis‑Chambertin, Cailles, Issarts, Lavaux‑St‑Jacques, etc. The red clay and limestone soils give rise to structured, deep, and distinctive wines.

Sustainable Viticulture and Manual Harvesting
Viticulture is conducted with respect for life: soil work, controlled grassing, limited treatments. The harvest is entirely manual, with a strict selection to choose only the grapes of the best maturity.

Traditional Vinification & Patient Aging
The wines are vinified in small vats, with long macerations and gentle pump-overs. The aging lasts about 16–20 months in oak barrels (often 30–50% new wood), depending on the cuvée, to ensure concentration, roundness, and integration of the wood without excess.
