Foundation of a Family Duo

Anne‑Françoise Gros and François Parent created their estate in 1988 in Pommard, bringing together their wine-growing heritage. Today, Caroline (management/marketing) and Mathias (winemaking) continue this tradition of quality over approximately 10 ha spread across Pommard, Vosne‑Romanée, Chambolle‑Musigny, Beaune, Savigny‑les‑Beaune, and even Moulin‑à‑Vent .

Exceptional Terroirs & Refined Parcels

The estate produces village, premier, and grand crus — including Richebourg, Échezeaux, Pommard 1er Cru "Épenots" and "Rugiens", Chambolle‑Musigny — planted on optimal clay-limestone soils. Each parcel receives individual treatment .

Style: Elegance, Purity, Finesse

The Pinot Noir wines are characterized by a precise palette of red fruits, delicate acidity, silky tannins, and a subtle texture, expressing the typicity of the terroir. The winemaking favors gentle fermentation: short, cooled maceration, partial whole cluster maceration, measured use of new barrels (up to 30% in villages; 50–80% in grand crus) ().

Aging & Controlled Production

The wines are aged between 12 and 18 months in 400–500 L oak barrels, depending on the cru, before bottling without filtration. Limited yields, manual harvesting, and controlled extraction ensure aromatic precision and longevity.
