Philosophy and Production

Zuccardi is obsessed with terroir. Soils are meticulously studied and separated by type, altitude, and texture. Sustainable (often organic) viticulture is the norm, with a strong emphasis on manual work and minimal intervention.

Wines are fermented in concrete vessels or large foudres — very little new oak is used — to preserve natural freshness, energy, and minerality. Their iconic winery, both avant-garde and respectful of nature, was designed to let the land speak.

Wine Style

Zuccardi’s wines are marked by vibrancy, tension, and mineral purity. Malbec, the signature grape, takes on a floral, structured, and vertical character — far from the overripe stereotypes. Whites from high-altitude zones (like Chardonnay and Viognier) show precision and finesse.
