A Historic Estate, Revitalized by the Devillard Family

Located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the Domaine des Perdrix has experienced a new boom since its acquisition in 1996 by the Devillard family, also owners of the domains of La Ferté, Cellier aux Moines, and Château de Chamirey. Now managed by Amaury Devillard, the estate covers about 12 hectares of vineyards, mostly located in Côte de Nuits.

Rare Terroirs & Mastery of Winemaking

The estate owns some of the most sought-after plots in Nuits, notably in Premier Cru Aux Perdrix, an emblematic monopoly, but also in Echézeaux Grand Cru, Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin, and a rare white from Nuits-Saint-Georges. The winemaking is precise, often with a portion of whole cluster fermentation depending on the vintage, aged in oak barrels with finesse and balance.
