Description
Nose: Aromas of green apple, white peach, and white flowers, with subtle notes of jasmine tea and a mineral hint reminiscent of wet limestone.
Palate: A lively and precise attack leads to a broad, silky texture. Flavors of stone fruits, candied citrus, and dried fruits unfold harmoniously, supported by well-integrated acidity. The finish is long, saline, and chalky, reflecting the quality of the terroir.
