From the Grand Cru Bürgstadter Hundsruck, this 2017 Spätburgunder offers a perfect harmony of red fruit clarity, saline precision, and refined tannins.
Nose: Fresh raspberry, red cherry, wild herbs, almond, and a hint of graphite. Delicate and expressive, with great aromatic purity and finesse.
Palate: Precise and linear, with juicy tannins and stony salinity. Red fruit tones dominate, supported by a chalky minerality. The finish is long, tense, and finely spiced.
