This 2017 GG Spätburgunder from Rudolf Fürst, sourced from the Bürgstadter Schlossberg in Franconia, is a Pinot Noir of elegance, depth, and terroir purity.
Nose: Elegant and nuanced, showing black cherry, wild raspberry, dried peony, soft spice, and graphite. Oak is subtle and well-integrated.
Palate: Silky and precise, with refined acidity, velvety tannins, and delicate minerality. The balance between ripeness and freshness is superb. Long, floral, slightly smoky finish with great finesse.
